WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Product type: Digital software licences delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

How we deliver:

  • Right after a successful payment the checkout "Thank-you" page shows a secure download link and the buyer's unique licence key.
  • The same link and key are sent automatically to the buyer's e-mail address within 60 seconds.

Typical delivery time: 10-60 seconds; never more than 15 minutes, even during peak traffic.

If you don't receive the e-mail within 15 minutes:
Send your order ID to support@launchpadjv.com; our fulfilment team will manually resend the files within 24 hours at no extra cost.

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Instant shipping is valid on international orders.
